When you order the products via the online store onnijailona.fi, you will receive an order acknowledgement to your email address with information about the delivery.

Methods of payment
Finnish customers can pay via Finnish online bank transfer, all major credit cards and PayPal. Customers from Europe and overseas can pay via PayPal and/or credit card (choose Paytrail and you will get PayPal and credit card options).
All prices are in Euros. Onni ja Ilona is Value Added Tax (VAT) registered in Finland. All prices include VAT of 24% (for books VAT is 10%).
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed and shipped within one week excluding weekends and national holidays. All orders are sent by post,via Finnish mail: 1st class priority airmail.
Usually order is sent as a letter – not as a package - and it doesn’t have any number from which you could follow the order. To send a letter is much cheaper for you – although a little more insecure. Onni ja Ilona makes sure that order is posted. After that Onni ja Ilona is not responsible if the letter is lost in transit.
If order is very large (heavy) you’ll have to contact us for further information.
Finnish mail is very fast and reputable; most European countries are reached within 2-7 working days, but some countries may take all the way up to three weeks.
US, Japan and Asia are normally reached within 5-10 working days, all the way up to three weeks.
Occasions such as Christmas and summer holiday season may add some extra delays. Please do not hesitate to contact us should anything puzzle your mind, or please contact your local post office for any advice on seasonal delays. Onni ja Ilona is not responsible for any added custom duties. Please check from your local office for possible import taxes, which may be applicable outside EU countries.
Should there be any problems, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org. All products are subject to 14 days customer satisfaction guarantee.
Onni ja Ilona values excellent and safe packaging. Should such event occur that your purchase arrives damaged, please contact your post office and ask how you should file a claim. Also contact Onni ja Ilona for possible product replacement.
You pay your order online. Payments are securely processed by Paytrail Oyj. Please follow the instructions to return to the online store after payment, so that your payment will definetely be linked to your order.
Payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard:
If you want to pay with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, acts Onni ja Ilona only as the marketer of services and products and delivers the products to buyers. Paytrail Oyj is responsible for reclamationsPaytrail Oyj acts as the seller in Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard payments and the deal is made between the customer and Paytrail Oyj . The seller is responsible for all deal related obligations. Paytrail Oyj is also the payment recipient.

The price of an item can be changed after having placed an order if a pricing mistake has taken place or if the price is exceptionally low compared to the general price level. (Judicial act law 32§)
